The path of least resistance
There is a very common view held around suffering being required somehow for true reward; “nothing worth having comes easy.”
I don’t subscribe to that. When I talk about always taking the path of least resistance, people often hear: “Take the easiest route.”
I am not saying that. Sometimes what is outwardly the easiest route is actually the path of most (internal) resistance.
When I say take the path of least resistance, I mean take the path that feels most aligned and in integrity with yourself internally. When you do that, even if there appear to be outward challenges you have to face and overcome, the path will feel like it’s flowing and you are being almost carried to where you are supposed to go.
